Troy Rhoads is the Executive Director of Technology and Communications for Cleveland Public Schools. After graduating from Oklahoma State University in 1992 he worked as a Case Manger with Tulsa Boys' Home in the long term care unit. He started his career at Cleveland in 1993 as a special education teacher working with primary and high school students to overcome multiple physical and developmental disabilities. Troy became part time computer janitor in 1995 and took the position full time in 1998.
