Exhibitor registration for the 2017 OTA/EM Conference to be held on October 3-4, 2017, at the Cox Convention Center in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.
NON-MEMBER REGISTRATION: If your company is NOT a member of OTA, you are considered a non-OTA member. Membership is $300 per school year. If you become a member of OTA, you are still required to pay your exhibitor registration.
NON-PROFIT REGISTRATION: Your company/entity does not operate as a for-profit business.
MEMBER REGISTRATION: OTA membership year is July 1, 2016 through June 30, 2017, and July 1, 2017 through June 30, 2018. If you are registering as a member, your membership must be valid at the time of the 2017 conference, which is in October.
Exhibitors will set up on Monday, October 3, from 8 am - 6 pm. The Exhibit Hall will be open for conference participants on Tuesday, October 3, and Wednesday, October 4. Show hours are tentatively set for 8 am - 5 pm, on Tuesday, and 8 am - 1 pm, on Wednesday.
Each exhibit booth is 10' x 10' and includes: one 8' skirted table, two chairs, pipe and drape on three sides (back drape is 8' tall; side drapes are 3' tall), booth sign, and a waste basket. Event 1 Productions is handling the show set-up, freight, additional equipment and services, and show take-down. More information will be sent to exhibitors by Event 1 Productions as the conference date nears.
WE RESPECTFULLY REQUEST THAT ALL VENDORS REMAIN SET-UP AND OPEN DURING THE ENTIRE EXHIBIT HALL HOURS AS A RESPONSIBLE COURTESY TO OUR PARTICIPANTS. Please make your travel arrangements so you are able to stay through the end of the exhibit hall hours.
Armed, off-duty Oklahoma City police officers will provide security during Monday and Tuesday evenings and nights when the exhibit hall is not open for conference participants.
A representative from your company/entity must be present in your booth space(s) during open show times.
